Sri Vishnu Bharatheeya Swami hails from the ancient family line of Konan Muthappan ,devoted to the establishment of Kutti Chathan temples and his worship. The Swamiji is well known for his qualities of sincerity ,devotion and dedication. Those who have come across him are aware of these sterling qualities. He leads a very simple life and is totally dedicated to Kutti Chathan. He has been helping the people who come to him in need of succour.People irrespective of their religious denomination or caste barriers do come and consult the divine oracle of Kutti Chathan. His slogan is “ Jai Sakthi “ ( Hail to the Divine Power ).Because of his continuous penance and worship at the temples he has been elevated to the level of a Maha Rishi.

Swamiji even during his boyhood days was very quite and calm.Without mingling with the other boys of his age,he would seek a secluded place and meditate.Even during his studies of the school text books ,he would close his eyes and fall in meditation leading others to suspect him that he was asleep. But he was in deep meditation. All were wonderstruck at the divine aura surrounding his countenance.Even as a boy,Sri Swamiji would enter the sanctum sanctorum of Kutti Chathan temple, shut himself and engaged in meditation for long durations, which amazed the devotees. When out of curiosity people would peep inside they would find him seated in Padmasana ( A cross legged bodily posture for doing meditation ) in front of the idol of Kutti Chathan and immersed in deep meditation.

When Sri K.V.Krishna ,the Maha Guru (Formerly the Madathipathi of this Mutt) and the father of our Swamiji when he was alive, vouched that the Swamiji had identified himself with Kutti Chathan and that he had his whole blessing.Several instances of the boyhood days of Sri Vishnu Bharatheeya Swamiji are recalled by his dear mother who is gid fearing and still very healthy. She also welcomes all those who are coming to this place with happy countenance, patiently hear their woes and encourage them that Kutti Chathan would definitely show a way out to their griefs.
